Sugar's Paw House ships items via US Postal Service: First Class and Priority Mail. Allow 3-5 business days for delivery. If an item is backordered or special made to order, shipping time may be longer. SPH will contact and notify you via email when your item is shipped. There's no shipping charges for SPH's dog bandana, collar, and pet lovers items. These items are shipped via First Class Mail. If you wish to expedite your shipment, contact SPH via email. Please be aware that made to order items may not qualify for expedite shipping. SPH dog treats are shipped via Priority Mail. Shipping charges are based on the number of treat bags. Delivery confirmation is added to the total shipping cost. SPH dog treats are shipped only Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If you wish to expedite your shipment, contact SPH via email. International Shipping: Currently SPH does not ship internationally.

A sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within Illinois. Sugar's Paw House is in Illinois. There's no sales taxe applied on all other states.

Return/Exchange Policy
Sugar's Paw House wants you to be satified with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact SPH via email to return or exchange your item within 7 days of receipt. SPH will not reimburse your shipping charges. Returns are not accepted for special orders.
